Supasplash Car Wash will abide by its obligations under Australian Consumer Law and these termsand conditions should not be taken in any way to limit those obligations.Please note that by entering and remaining within our facility, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Whilst attending our site always be respectful of our staff and the general public, you agree to always behave safely and responsibly and keep noise levels to a minimum. (Horn use or loud music)Other than as provided within Australian Consumer Law, Supasplash Car Wash expressly disclaims any liability for loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is suffered in your participation in making any vehicle available for the provision of car wash services and dog wash services.By entering our site, you accept that your vehicle is fit for purpose and acknowledge that Supasplash Car Wash will not be held responsible for anything that is damaged, dislodged, broken or misplaced, inside or outside of any vehicle, which has been caused by our normal washing process.This includes but is not limited to the following:
• Any pre-existing damage whatsoever.
• Aerials and Antenna’s (including those that cannot be completely removed or cannot
completely retract).
• Damage to Wipers (Front or Rear).
• Loose or faulty interior or exterior trims, such as buttons, knobs etc.
• Number Plates or Numberplate Covers.
• Windscreen adhered accessories (E-tags, sat-nav aids, stickers, mirrors etc…).
• Any Items left in a Vehicle.
• Open windows and sunroofs or faulty door or window seals.
• Cracked or chipped windows including damage to tinted surfaces.
• Oxidised, chipped, blistered or flaked paintwork.
• Any modified or aftermarket internal or external accessories.
• Automatic door locks including auto lock vehicles, kill switches or alarms.
• Bonnet/sunshield(front & rear)/headlight protectors, mudflaps, side skirts
or bumpers.
• Faulty ignitions, flat or damaged batteries, alarm keys, mechanical faults or
vehicle keys.
• Vehicle graphics, signwriting or pinstriping, including wraps.
• Scratches or marks to rims, bull bars or roll bars.
• Damage caused to vehicles due to your vehicle stopping, braking or turning
manually or automatically inside the car wash tunnel.

Wash Tunnel process:
When you are using the wash tunnel, please always follow these requirements to ensure you and your vehicles safety. Note the wash tunnel is designed to be a safe environment if used correctly,
any misuse may expose you or others to danger or even possible death.

UNLIMITED CAR WASH CLUB (UWC) – TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
General
I. The Unlimited Car Wash Club Membership is for one nominated vehicle only.
II. If you would like to cancel your membership, login into your online account and cancel at any time prior to the end of your membership. Your membership will then cease at the end of the active billing period, no refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
III. Membership is for personal use only, taxis, limos and any other commercial vehicles are prohibited to join the Unlimited Car Wash Club unless prior approval is given by Supasplash Car Wash. The Unlimited Car Wash Club membership allows an unlimited number of the included services for a specified, registered vehicle for each month.
IV. Unlimited Car Wash Club is not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or special offers.
V. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur a surcharge at the discretion of the attendant in charge.
VI. Supasplash Car Wash reserves the right to close or shorten hours of operation due to business needs or inclement weather conditions at its sole discretion. In the event pricing or terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on our website and at our carwash sites. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers and will be applied after 30 days’ notice to existing Unlimited Car Wash Club customers.
VII. You will be bound to the Supasplash Car Wash Terms and Conditions of Entry as well as all the conditions listed.
Cleaning of Unlimited Car Wash Club Vehicles:
I. Supasplash Unlimited Car Wash Club is NOT a detailing service.
II. Add-Ons if available can only be used once.
III. Wash and use of Self Service Free Vacuums only included.
IV. We DO NOT vacuum vehicles for customers, this is self service only.
V. Unlimited Car Wash and Vacuum customers must use an allocated vacuum bay parking spot only and are NOT to use driveways. This is a Work Health and Safety issue and there are no exceptions.
VII. Supasplash Carwash reserves the right to cancel a membership if we believe a vehicle is abusing our services.
VIII. Supasplash Carwash reserves the right to close stores or shorten hours of operation due to business needs, inclement weather conditions and Public Holidays at its sole discretion. In the event pricing or terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on our website and at our carwash sites. Price changes will tak immediate effect for new customers and will be applied after 30 days’ notice to existing customers.
IX. By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club you agree to adhere to the Supasplash Carwash Terms and Conditions of Entry, in addition to all the conditions outlined in the UNLIMITED WASH CLUB (UWC) – TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
X. Unlimited Car Wash Club customers are expected to remove their vehicle from site once all cleaning has been finished. Failure to do so my incur cancellation of membership.
Payment for UCWC Vehicles:
I. Unlimited Car Wash Club fees are automatically billed to your credit or debit card according to your agreed frequency in advance and continue thereafter until such time until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or Supasplash Car Wash.
II. Payments will be monthly and automatically start at the beginning each elapsed month.
III. There are no hidden cancellation charges or long-term commitment contracts, your membership may be cancelled by you at your discretion and the cancellation will be effective following the completion of your current paid month of membership.
IV. If we are unable to charge a credit/debit card for any reason, the customer’s membership will be deactivated immediately.
Please note Unlimited Car Wash Club members can login into their online account and renew after 24hrs has passed since the account has become deactivated. To cancel your membership, customer must login into their online account.
V. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion
Transfer of Rego or Vehicle:
I. Transfer of vehicle registration with an existing account is not possible however your membership is flexible, you may cancel your existing subscription at any time and merely take out a new subscription for your changed registration, if you wish to use all of your existing subscription make sure you cancel it just prior to the end of your current billing period (please note this will need to be one whole business day prior to be effective).
Promotions and Discounts
I. Only one promotion or discount can be used per Visit.
II. A promotion or discount cannot be used:
a. after payment has been made; or
b. in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
c. With Supasplash Unlimited Car Wash Club
III. Promotions or discounts are:
a. non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash; and
b. good only for the specific Service featured per individual discount or promotion.
IV. If requested, the customer must provide proof/evidence that a discount is valid or they are eligible for a discount.
V. Supasplash Carwash reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer or promotion at any time.
Vouchers terms and conditions
I. Vouchers are subject to:
a. the specific terms and conditions stated on the Voucher;
b. these general Voucher terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.
II. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
III. Must be redeemed within the validity period.
IV. Must be used in one transaction. May only be redeemed once.
V. Not redeemable on vending items/ already discounted washes or Supasplash Unlimited Car Wash Club unless expressly stated otherwise.
VI. Cannot be used for previously paid washes.
VII. If no expiry date is stated on the Voucher, Vouchers will expire 3 months from the date of issue.
VIII. Voucher must be surrendered in store upon redemption.
IX. If purchase exceeds the Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
X. Expired Vouchers are not redeemable and voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
XI. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
XII. Supasplash Car Wash does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers.
XIII. Supasplash Car Wash reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer and to change the terms of use at any time without notice.
GIFT CARDS and PREPAID CARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. “Gift Card or Prepaid Card” means an electronic or physical card that has prepaid currency loaded onto it to be spent on Supasplash Car Wash Services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
II. The value of the gift card includes GST.
III. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or other tender. Cannot be exchanged. Cannot be used with Supasplash Unlimited Car Wash Club
IV. Gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise.
V. If purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
VI. Must be redeemed within the validity period.
VII. Physical gift cards must be surrendered upon redemption in full.
VIII. Expired gift cards are not redeemable and gift card amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
IX. We reserve the right to cancel any gift card for any reason at any time without notice. In such instances we will elect to provide a refund or a replacement gift card.
X. Gift cards are treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be
replaced, refunded or redeemed.
XI. Supasplash Car Wash does not accept any responsibility for lost gift cards.
XII. Supasplash Car Wash reserves the right to adjust Gift Card Values that have resulted from operator error, computer error and/or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of Supasplash Car Wash.
XIII. Supasplash Car Wash reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer and to change the terms of use at any time without notice.
Special Offers
I. Supasplash Car Wash reserves the right to terminate your Supasplash Car Wash or Dog Wash Special Offer, Corporate Discount Cards or Special Member Discount Cards if you don’t use our facilities for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
II. We may discontinue any Special Offer, Corporate Discount Cards or Special Member Discount Cards at any time at our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website to let you know.
III. Supasplash Car Wash and Dog Wash may change any Special Offer Cards, Corporate Discount Cards or Special Member Discount Cards and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we’ll publish an updated version on our website at http://www.supasplashcarwash.com.au
IV. Supasplash Car Wash reserves the right to adjust the Special Offer Cards, Corporate Discount Cards or Special Member Discount Cards that have resulted from operator error, computer error and/or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of Supasplash Car Wash.
V. Any Supasplash Car Wash and Dog Wash Special Offer Cards, Corporate Discount Cards or Special Member Discount Cards are valid for 12 Months.
VI. Supasplash Car Wash will issue new Special Offer Cards, Corporate Discount Cards or Special Member Discount Cards if we can determine without any doubt that you are still eligible to obtain one of these cards or keyrings.
